  Not sure about now, but in 2005 they recorded every show and released small run, I think 1000 CDs from each online. I ordered the one from the Dublin show, got one US show extra.
  The quality is surprisingly good for such little processed live recording.

  nice! thx for the link. got a few of the disc's of the 2005 tour. They came out right after i saw them my first and most likely only time. Austin.... 60thousand-80thousand people at ACL.... when wave of mutilation came on i actually felt like i was on a wave of crowd appreciation. It was epic. cant imagine any show ever meeting up to that ever again.
