  The only thing about an TN Visa is to make sure its clear that you are not planning to stay at all. If you can have the employment letter indicate that the position is somewhat temporary, it can help speed you across.

  • However, I am only familiar with a TN Visa going from Canada to US, not other way. May be differnet.– ETM1/2
