I can't seem to change this to any other font in any software. I guess it's not in English.

The entire sentence, in case you are now curious, was sent to be by a client and is this...
Nachos were invented in 1943 by Maître d' Ignacio "Nacho" Anaya. He originally invented the simple snack to serve to guests who had arrived at the restaurant after it had closed. To this day, October 21st is recognized as International Day of the Nacho.

Please explain. It's so hard to get straight answers here to straight questions. You'll never get anywhere with a question that WTFed.

小塚ゴシック Pro, sure.

mydo you are right it's using a different encoding set, that may belong to an international font (middle eastern, asian, who knows...)
in my humble opinion, re-typing the text will take you less time than even posting it here ; )

This is like a discarded sketch from Blue Jam or something. Just need to smoke some opium and have some Boards of Canada playing while I read it.
Or, maybe a computer program trying to write a Blue Jam sketch based on the parameters "geeky", "absurd" and "stultifying".
