yes qbn is slow for me too.
it makes sense the most recent 3 being released, as they were basically entirely CGI films that can be re-rendered as such. but won't you be able to notice a quality difference between the original 3 and the newer ones since the originals were shot with physical sets? how does the process work converting 2D footage for 3D theater?

I think you forget they released the 'Special Editions' of the first three around Y2K with a whole slew of footage that was redone in CG. Such a huge slap in the face. Fuck you George Lucas.
