I've got a complex group of watercolor layers in a Layer Group in PSD. Let's say they are all red right now. I need to make them all green in one action. How do I apply the color adjustment to JUST this layer group?

could you convert the group into a smart object and apply a layer adjustment

In this case, I supposed I could. I was just wondering for cases where the base layers may need to be edited.

nest an adjustment layer above the group?

Adjustment layer above will affect everything underneath (unless you want to alt click between all of the watercolor layers to create layer masks.... and layers underneath will still get affected if there's semi-transparency in the watercolor layers).
Smart Object is the best bet like brandelec said, and easiest. Select the group of layers, right click and select Create Smart Object. Then double click on the smart object layer to open the psb and then add an adjustment layer inside of the smart object.
- unless you nest the adj. layer. i, also, misunderstood at first! *wails, gnashes teeth*bigtrick
