eat eat eat. you gotta slam down that food, but just make it super clean. 25g protein at every meal, probably 3000 cal / day is a good estimate.
lay off things like hamburger, eat lean meats and whey shakes for your protein.
since you're so skinny and prob have a ridiculous metabolism, its going to be difficult to gain a ton of mass. the key is consistency. a super strict lifting schedule focusing on circuit training in the first month, isolation training in the second, will prob do you solid.
someone correct me if i'm wrong, but I think most of this is pretty accurate.

find your maintenance calories - it's something like 16-18 multiplied by your weight, iirc. add 500 to that for bulking. buy a scale (if you don't already have one) and a tape measure to monitor your progress over several weeks to determine any calorie adjustments.
those who really obsess over their nutritional numbers will suggest using a specific ratio of macro-nutrients where you calculate your protein, carb, and fat consumption to determine your caloric intake.
and as others have stated, you should be careful about putting too much weight on too fast, especially if you're dirty bulking, otherwise you could put yourself at higher risk for heart-disease.

Thanks dudez!
I don't eat gluten and I try not to eat any processed sugar so I will probably just eat TONS OF FOOD.
I think I will go with a mix of protein and carbs - just protein will get too expensive and boring and time consuming.
