  I'm trying to print of small cards but can't enter my paper size in my print dialog options. It says "paper size defined by driver".

  I found this after a search:

  But I'm already on CS3.
  Any thoughts?

  perhaps you need to download the latest drivers from the company website.. as CS3 is like 6 years old.. also you may only have the drivers for the basics like Letter and Tabloid..
