who uses it?

I do. fucking brilliant, only shame is they pretty much stopped in time. no real updates since forever. that software is begging for a serious css3 update...

^ agreed. I use it too, everyday in fact.
one bug that drives me crazy- it won't predict rules on the line below a commented line. Weird.I really like the grouping feature, saves you from searching a huge stylesheet.
Plus versioning has saved my ass a couple times.

Prefer Coda

It's a nice app, but MacRabbit have a habit of going dark for long periods of time. I like it but it never found a place in my toolkit.

Why use a separate app just for CSS?

Because it has really slick real time previews, excellent abilities in examining elements you click on and creating new rules for those elements, also has a great interface.
I don't use it all the time, mostly just use Textmate but every so often it's excellent.

I use it all the time. It's not as rock-solid as Coda (which I also use) but the CSS features are way better than those in Coda.

I have it but I find most of the functionality that I need from it I get through Espresso which I use for most of my coding. The CSS overrides are really nice though when you need to start tweaking or skinning a site.
