These aren't overblown wanker solos but...I've always loved the guitar solo in this Concrete Blonde song:
Johnny Marr is also not a big soloist but he's incredible and my favorite Johnny Marr is How Soon is Now:
...and you may laugh but this song also comes to mind:

Not as good (yet) as other talent posted here however, an upcoming young local talent, Scotty has played with and opened for names like Ted Nugent, Little Texas, Buddy Guy, Joe Bonamassa, Chris Duarte, Anthony Gomes, Foghat, Lonnie Brooks, Ronnie and Wayne Baker Brooks, Bob Margolin, Eddie "the Chief" Clearwater, and many more. Performs locally with Noel Hunt from Kenny Wayne Shepard. He's 21 years old.
Facebook posted version of "Voodoo Chile" if you can access it, is really good.

Plenty more down the right hand side column of YouTube. Give this kid about 10 more years of road shows and a broken heart and he'll be a force to recon with. Sorry for the subtle ad, but he's good.
Enjoy
