  north of market = more city feel. old san francisco.
  SOMA = new downtown.
  potrero/bernal/mission = more neighborhood oriented
  noe valley = stroller valley
  hayes/haight/cole valley = vintage san francisco
  sunset/richmond = nature and neighborhood with less going on, but great for nature and exercise.
