  richmond and sunset are cool if you're looking to get away from things every once in a while, but the weather is generally shit, i.e. foggy and windy. i lived in the sunset for two years and now the mission. each has benefits. public transit from richmond and sunset is hell..... have you looked around bernal or portrero?
