I've been asked to design a logo for a youth training company called What If...?
Having a '?' in the logo was a head scratcher but I'm pretty pleased with the final outcome. Im a web designer and don't usually get the opportunity to do much brand stuff, and would love to get your feedback and constructive crit. Thanks in advance.

The ellipses is totally unnecessary. Ironic coming from a learning company.
- mmm. had nothing to do with the name unfortunatelyyakismaki
- well, it makes the "logo" worse, and it gives a bad impressionmonospaced
- Why is the ellipses unnecessary?scrameone

the kerning could be tightened up a bit. the space between the "w" and "h" is really tight in comparison to the space between the "h" and "a". make them all uniform and it will go a long way.
i don't like how the "a" descender drops below the baseline.
i don't think you need the ...? at the end. i believe the "what if" implies a question as is, the ...? is just redundant and makes the logo a bit awkward and compositionally off. also you already have an upside down question mark as the "i".
learning should be spaced out a bit more (watch it's kerning also) and maybe offset to the right just below the "f".
i'm not much of an identity guy and couldn't tell you a whole lot about the typeface you used, but learning i think it's a great start. i like the little dude made into the upside down question mark.
- also if they do use the ...? in their logo they need to figure out what their domain name is gonna be with the ...?kona

Kona: I agree that the '...?' imbalances and isn't necessary but they insisted. =( After your feedback tho I will pass it on and maybe they'll see the light! Thanks, all comments taken on board. =)
