what version of photoshop do you currently use?
CS3? CS4? CS5? or pre-CS versions?

CS5 although I have yet to be able to discern any real difference. New icon is pretty rad though.

CS2 at home. CS3 at work.

I don't even know anymore. I open the app edit my images and close the app. i'm not one of these versionists upgrading with every release.
It could be cs3 though at home, though.

cv5. could probably be using vs.5 from 10 years ago for all i'm actually using it these days.

CS3 at home, CS5 at work.
5 is a great upgrade from 3. The performance is much better because it's 64-bit and it doesn't crash on snow leopard. The app feels much lighter and loads in a fraction of the time too. I've already used the 3D stuff in it extensively, very useful for mocking 3D for interactive flash sites because I'm on a mac and we only have 3DSMAX on a post production box which is a PC.
You can also link masks to smart objects now. How fucking cool is that lol. The new colour picker tool is pretty rad as is the ability to colour pick outside of photoshop. Anyone working in interactive will appreciate this greatly I think :)
Add all the other things from CS4 and I'd say its definitely justified.
Haven't really tried the new paint brush stuff since I haven't got a tablet - anyone played with it much?
- "ability to colour pick outside of photoshop" always been able to do thisPIZZA

cs3 at home cs4 at work. Have to say CS4 is somewhat better, but I don't do much design at home so not worth upgrading.

Just installed CS5 a few days ago. I think it's awesome personally.
A few annoying keyboard shortcut changes, and the way it handles different windows is really annoying at first but you eventually see why they did it.
Content aware fill I've already used, definitely helped but obviously not as good as it was in the previews.
...and I cant wait till i need to use the intelligent warping features

Content Aware Fill was a bit of a disappointment, stumbles up on things that are really basic and would only need a split second clone job.
It kinda works a bit for things they showed in the demo, but most of that crap is things you would never have to do ever.

CS4 at the moment, preferred CS3 though.
