  what is the name of the screens you put in front of a videosequence/footage. where you can put in information like resolution, length, author, aso. ?

  I would think they're simply called 'supers', like in other footage.

  on a card before the footage I tend to call them frontboards. Though I usually deal with frontboards that promote a brand or 'stamp' the video, sort of like a non-intrusive watermark.
