Autorun from USB

We're creating a presentation (EXE) for a client – they want to put it onto USB to distribute. They have had some USBs custom printed with their logo etc – they are pretty basic with no software on them.
Is it at all possible to create an autorun on these USB's so the EXE file will automatically run? The research I have done would indicate not.
Is there any software that can be installed onto the USB that will allow an autorun.inf to execute?

Had found that one. It's not technically correct though - doesn't run EXE's automatically.

I used the same link about two weeks ago on a project.
// autorun.inf
[AUTORUN]
open=book.bat
action=Launch the Accenture E-Book Reader
label=Accenture E-Book Reader
icon=book.ico// book.bat
@echo off
start book.html

autorun is disabled in win7 for non-optical media

/\ with good reason, its become a way to spread viruses. Conficker can spread that way for instance.

I should hope not, to be honest. I wouldn't want people to be able to put things on a USB that I have no control over
