If you had to pick 5 things wrong with this website and maybe 5 reasons you wouldn't buy from it, what would they be...
- detritus0
Jesus christ - I only need give one reason - it's massively over-dense.
- detritus0
Out of interest - what are your 5 reasons?

detritus - i'll tell you when a few more people respond.

first and most obviously too much is going on – too many deals, navigation doubled up,
too many styles – floating grid, 'buttonised' squares, outlined squares, different fonts etc. etc. etc.
the heirarchy and offers aren't clear.
the colour scheme is strange – muted teal toward the top, then cyan takes over, then red is introduced below the fold
navigation is doubled up and some things are mentioned twice. I could go on and on... but I think that's enough.

To be honest, I take a fairly pragmatic approach to ecommerce sites these days. There's a load of stuff "wrong" with that site but if the price is right, it wouldn't stop me buying from it.

1. Way to much going on you, takes too long to get your bearings (more than a few seconds)
2. My eyes don't know where to start of finish.
3. Cluttered, too much pointless stuff
4. Needs to be sectioned more clearly
5. To much competition between the elements, do headings really require 2 icons with them.

The design is confused and cluttered, the equivalent of a market stall. However if it is what the client asked for (and paid for) then who really cares? If they want all their wares given prominence then JFDI, if they wanted "art" or "design" they'd have asked for it.
If OTOH someone is putting this forward as good design then begin with confused and cluttered as its problems. Oh and whoever thought reinventing clippy was a good idea is a retard.

Okay, I'll give you five:
• Star ratings, or square icon ratings, pick one and stick to it.
• Get rid of some shit on the home page (a la Swoopo.com or something with a better informational hierarchy/architecture).
• The blue and green colors are not different enough to create a strong visual hierarchy.
• This site could really benefit from drop-down menus to organize content.
