    My agency, Voltage Creative, just redid their website. I did the lion's share of the development, our designers collaborated on the aesthetics and we outsourced the photography on the about page to a pro we use for a lot of commercial work. It's a phase one kind of thing, there's more coming, but the overall look is there. Whatcha think?

    I hate to say but it does look like a pretty generic template and I'm not sure it ties in with your logo which would have worked well with a much more retro feel design like this http://www.hotmeteor.com/

    How come all the panel blocks on the homepage are images? Are they just placeholders?

    overall nice site - very appropriate as something client facing. There are some minor issues with copy throughout, a few mispelling and out-of-place characters (see kidney wise). Also, some of the images are slightly dithered/grainy. Might want to check into that (specifically kidneywise logo).

    I prefer the old to be honest. The photos seem to be from a whole different aesthetic to the rest of the site and overall it looks a little cheap to me.

    This really seems at odds with the name of your shop, Voltage Creative.

    I'll be honest; your brand isn't well articulated, here, at all. There are conflicting messages about who you are and what you.

    My advice would be to take a step back and really figure out what your brand is, and then coming up with a voice, tone and presenation that not just falls in line with your brand, but really makes it speak to these ideas.

    The logo and branding comes across as a design company but you not that, even when you show case studies there not mush to see, and I am confused about what it is your company does.

    Very nice but it could definitely use some refinement.

    Because you have six images that contain your body copy there's very little SEO on your homepage.

    I don't like how the dotted lines act as separators for the 6 cells. I think if each graphic was slightly larger, with a slightly larger drop shadow/outer glow, THAT could be used as the visual separators between the content buckets. The dotted lines are just too literal.

    You have a bottom shadow underneath the main white background color, making the white a layer on TOP of the dark and light gray, yet there are no shadows on either side of the white to help sell the illusion. If you add a slight drop shadow starting from the top to the bottom, on the right and left sides that gradually gets larger as it goes down the shape, then that would help sell it that this is a separate piece that is sitting on top, and floating above the rest of the site. It will also give the page some added depth and dimension.

    The search box is in the wrong place. Your users will never find it. I don't care what your boss or sales guy is telling you, switch the search box with the rss, twitter and facebook icons. There is no way those social media icons should take precedence over your search feature.

    The left and right arrows could use a bit of refinement. They're slightly too wide. Shave off 2 or 3 pixels from their width and you're golden.

    Your interior pages are very nicely designed. Very clean and clear. You've changed up the graphical usage though. On the home page this is how you handle the images...

    Add the outer glow and drop shadow to these images as well and you can again lose the vertical dotted divider lines, and let the images act as the dividers.

    The about page is really nice! Great layout and IA.
