  so for a long time ive been using an image that i first saw/got/stole from kevinTX then later a friend @claypidgeon edited a bit to get ready to print on his screenpress

  

  
  

  

  ive used applepirate.com as s personal portfolio link, then just a place to link some of the stuff we have made with the logo and an email you could hit up if you wanted more info on how to obtain. the applepirate.com domain is once again needing renewal and im thinking of dropping it as i seem to be incapable of creating anything that anyone wants to pay for. every time we printed the shirts i just gave them away b/c i didnt want to hear people bitch about the infringement of the logo. BUT every single time i was out wearing the shirt a stranger would ask where to buy one. since we first printed the shirts i have seen sites like jobbyroger.com pop up, been sent screen grabs of people wearing our shirts on MTV and other random public venues.

  now i am wondering? should i make a go of it like jobbyrogers.com did and actually market it with a wide selection of schwag with the obviously ripped off logo concept? any real concerns of apple suing? would anyone here in the qbn group want some shirts/stickers if i did just a small run? will the world in in 2012? who really shot J.R.?

  as far as i can see jobby roger doesn't use the apple logo - just the bones you add to the apple logo. so less chance of copyright infringement than your design

  ok so im getting the same response i would have expected... its too risky to try and make any money off of, always had that attitude towards it.

  if i ever do make another run of them i'll alert qbn on how to obtain one.
