Now if only we could have giant HD monitors and webcams in Toronto, NYC, San Diego, and London to link our QBN drinks... But the timezone problem would make that slightly difficult.

Location, location, location. Where you staying at, Akrok? Was it the Royal York? We could always hit up a patio or something, then head over to some other bars later on.
- i am close to the union station, i know that. :-)akrok
- no, not the royal york.akrok

Bier Market has a decent patio over by me at King & Portland. Decent place to start, then we could head over to Ossington or Queen St. W depending on what the majority are up for?

Work in Liberty Village - live next to the AGO... I'm car-less so near'ish and downtown is good by me.
- There you go, Bier Market is the perfect medium. ;-)Andrew_D
- I work in Liberty Village as well. I guess King W to start?desmo

Damn it, I was half thinking of crashing this... I may have to pass as my wife is due on the 18th. If I do make it, don't give out to me for not boozing it up as I may have to drive her to the hospital later!

the last two get-togethers were at Betty's on King....which always seems fitting to me, seeing as how it's always been kind of a design/advertising/media hangout....
i can still recall being there when Ed Harris was there (in town filming something no doubt)
Julian (the bartender at the time) kept having to remind him not to smoke his joints inside....seemed like every 15 minutes he'd run into Ed in the stairwell, or in a corner somewhere lighting up a joint and was all...'Ed...i told you 5 times already, you can't smoke that in here...you have to go outside to the alley like everyone else'....always good times at Betty's ;)

I'm just getting back from vacation on the 21st. Might jump in on the night if the jet lag doesn't kill me.
