look into adobe contribute as a pretty fast and easy way to add a cms. not as good or indepth as a proper one but it's cheap and adds a lot of editibility.
it's up to version 4 i think and that update added a lot of stuff like resizing images etc so it's not bad.

the alternative is to get a coder to convert the site into a cms driven version, using wordpress or any other framework. i say wordpress cause that's what i'd do but there are a lot of great solutions out there.
