There is a difference between concentration and meditation. Martial arts takes concentration and calmness meditation is beyond what all our senses can experience. it is just on the other side of nothingness. Martial arts is a heightened sensitivity of our senses total opposite but aside from our senses you can really only concentrate on what you are doing and nothing else or you could get hurt.
