I've been biking, running and weight training lately which totally alter's your body and overall state of mind; sleep better and more awake when you need to be.
Work goes smoother and creativity is higher because your body is better at either being "on" (awake) or "off" (asleep).
I've tried meditation but i'm too undiagnosed A.D.D. so some form of distraction always gets a hold of me before I reach any deep state of meditation / trance.
