Jog around regent's park til you pass out. Then when you wake you can pretend you're waking up from a night out and it must have been a good one cause you slept in the park.

Congrats. I've never smoked but my mum went cold turkey for 11 months. She said it started to feel great around the 3 months mark, when she didn't really have to fight herself to say no.
You've given up a lot of habits in one it seems - Probably takes a while to stop craving all of them. Your body is probably physically a lot happier toxicity wise, but you're putting stress on yourself by just cutting those all out.
Try doing some activities that are hindered by those substances and you'll start to appreciate it. Go for a swim or a run and see how great breathing feels.

No nicotine is the big win, that stuff will f*ck you up in a very big way, just find someone in their 40s / 50s who still smokes and see what they look like and what their breathing sounds like.
In moderation alcohol is OK, if you can't do it in moderation it really is best not to, again look at someone in their 40s / 50s who drinks too much to see where it leads.
No caffeine? don't see the point

weird, my roommate and I are on the same thing right now. no thc, no alchol, no caffeine. trying to go for a month. it's only day 3 and I feel pretty good.
I did no alcohol for a month a few times, that was pretty easy, I'm not a big drinker. the no latte and doob in the am is the killer. :)

Need to do exercise as well - you'll start to become addicted to the buzz you get from that.
You will feel better.
Personally I think caffeine, sugar and alcohol aren't as bad the other two. I've found, the times when I've been really militant are the times I've set myself up to fail. Be realistic.
I know some people think dope is good for them - but put anything burnt into yr lungs, and you're asking for trouble.
- THC > caffeine and alcohol in pretty much every situation for meismith
- I smoked weed for a long time - but after a while realised it wasn't doing me any favours.lukus_W
- maybe it sounds stupid coming from me, but did you smoke too much?ismith
- I don't smoke daily, nor do I drink anything with caffeine except occasional green tea, and minimal alcoholismith
- not that any of those things are for everyone, but really. moderation means more than just holding your tolerance steadyismith
- steady. < not necessarily directed at you btwismith
- There were times when I smoked A LOT - but others when it was just occasional .. after about 10 years it wasn't so fun.lukus_W
- fun. Guess it's different for everyone.lukus_W

jebus. my admiration your way brother. i'm sure the wellness side of things will become evident although i'm fucked if i could do without coffee.

seems like dumping all of them at once is going to set yourself up for, if not failure, certainly misery. Think of it as crash dieting; the weight may come off quickly, but is MUCH more likely to come back, and then some. 6 weeks is impressive. I just think weaning yourself off in phases would probably be a more realistic approach than all of them cold turkey.
Congrats, stay strong and good luck.
(I say this whilst enjoying gin and tonic no. 3 so...) grain of salt.

I quit smoking a little over 7 years ago. This was after being a heavy smoker for 7 years. I still miss it from time to time, although most days I don't think about it. The hardest part is changing the way you think about yourself. To think of yourself as a non-smoker, rather than an ex-smoker, and to come to grips with the fact that you'll never, ever, ever smoke again. If you can do that, you'll be fine. Watch out, though: every few months/years you'll think you've kicked it for good and then all of a sudden you get a craving. That's tough. Be ready for it.
I'd definitely say you should start exercising and learning about nutrition. When you're bored, make your self some healthy food, or go for a run or a swim or bang your lover or something healthy.

I never miss it. It's frickin' disgusting, and it doesn't help anything. I don't miss booze or drugs (and I include pot in that category) either. You have to grow up sooner or later (hopefully), and you have to consider the fact that you'll need your body past your twenties and thirties.

Thanks for the words of encouragement people.

Well done! Keep up the good work and don't look back.

This is really good though, addiction (or strong habits you can say) to anything fucking sucks. I think your next step is obviously to quit QBN ;) you should be saving a lot of money too I suppose!
