  Ingredients
  * raisin bread
  * 1 Bleu des Moines cheese

  Recipe
  Cut the raisin bread into small rectangles of similar size. Put them under the grill or in a toaster until they are golden and deliciously crisp.

  Cut the cheese into very thin slices. Place a cheese slice on the raisin toast, cover it with piece of toast, then a slice of cheese, then again toast, etc., until you have three layers of cheese.

  Enjoy with copious swigs of Leffe Radieuse.
