Just found my new favorite liquor store today. I'd driven past this place a bunch of times before, but today I went in and found the best selection of beers I've ever seen in one place.
Sorry for the horrible picture, but from l - r

Verdict is in on the Moylans double IPA, very hoppy - almost lip smacking. Also had the Troegs Nugget Nectar which was really good, not too strong for an Imperial. And also had the Sierra Nevada and Rogue Wet Hop Ale. Both were good but the sierra got my vote.

Ingredients
* raisin bread
* 1 Bleu des Moines cheeseRecipe
Cut the raisin bread into small rectangles of similar size. Put them under the grill or in a toaster until they are golden and deliciously crisp.Cut the cheese into very thin slices. Place a cheese slice on the raisin toast, cover it with piece of toast, then a slice of cheese, then again toast, etc., until you have three layers of cheese.
Enjoy with copious swigs of Leffe Radieuse.
