^^ Ive been with ING for about two years now. All the interaction I have had with them has been online, transferring money from other bank accounts and vice versa, and direct deposits from paychecks. The interest rate is good, as far as I can tell, and Ive had no trouble with them with transactions and deposits. Also, I am now overseas, and I still transfer funds to my account on a regular basis. I have no idea what the service is like with debit cards, and fraud etc. For me, it's more or less an account separate from my regular bank account, to save money and to not burn holes in my pockets :)
