  Looking to visualize some Identity options within photographic images of a Lectern or conference stage, and/or an event flag.

  I saw your agency site. You guys know what you're doing; you shouldn't have a problem creating a fresh identity. Look at good clean design for inspiration is the best advice I can offer.
