Type tool or FontLab Studio 33 Responses

which one you recommend? I'm thinking fontlab studio looks worth the extra investment, even for someone who doesnt design fonts very often (love it but never really have to do it for work). Type tool looks really similar to illustrator, is it actually good enough for occasional users, or worth going straight in the deep end with Fontlab studio? Cheers

I believe TypeTool is more for tweaking existing fonts. If you're creating something from scratch you'll probably want to go with FontLab.
