  I flew Continental from NY to London a while back and their entertainment system was pretty good; bigger screen than BA and better selection of films.

  Where are you flying from? I've flown to Beijing a few times (and Asia in general a ton), but never those airlines. Continental within the US is terrible. I like Asiana and Singapore the best. Northwest has decent in flight entertainment... depending on the plane model. Korean air just redid several of their planes, but they don't fly the new planes every day. the old Korean air planes sucked bad.

  United sucked... I flew business to Beijing and it sucked, I can't imagine economy.

  I've heard Air Canada is decent, but no first hand experinece :(

  the most incredible flight from nyc to hong kong is hands down the best Cathay Pacific due to having the ultimate in sexy stewardesses
  best treatment and great food. usually at a higher price as its less family.. 18 hours with lots of kids screaming is no fun for anyone.. so try to get a business class seat, in the upstairs section and spread yourself out.. dive in the swimming pool and enjoy a tan on sundeck.. or take a tour on the holo-deck and visit some far off dream scape.. Cathay Pacific..

  I'm flying from Boston. So I can fly either out of Newark on Continental or Toronto on Air Canada

    why go thru customs twice??– e-pill1/7

    i mean why goto canada, unless you want a great mountain view for the flight.– e-pill2/7

    the newark flight path is different than the canadian flight path.– e-pill3/7

    flying over canada mountains to alaska is breath taking beautiful..– e-pill4/7

    but its a longer flight with possible stop overs in alaska.. and you dont want that...– e-pill5/7

    a stop over in alaska is usually 6+ hours.. i started to smoke cigs in that airport..– e-pill6/7

  I would go air canada... but that's only becasue my flights on Continental have been so bad.
