  its kind of the reverse in terms of policing young poor people but equally redundant. They get less teachers and more cops. Neither solves the real issues they're struggling through. I think the school boards and government social programs need to get funded properly rather than dealing with it the way beurocrats like to deal with things... cuts and cops.
