  it's your job to teach and make sure kids get an education and don't. If 80% of your class fails and is below an average level, YOU are the problem, and yes, you have to work extra.

  If any of us say I know the client expects this presentation tomorrow and that we can lose the account, but I wont work extra hours and leave, we will be on the same boat...
