    They need to put two Firewire ports back on them. I have a late 2007 MBP with the 400 and 800 port, and they're used by an external drive for recording, and my Apogee Duet interface. I'm screwed on a new one unless they add a second one.

    • Doesn't the drive have a pass-through fw-out? WD MyBook has it I think.raf
    • get a cheap 400-800 adapter and plug one into the 800 port. Same shit anyways. I do it with my dv camera all the time.xcreonx
