    What do you mean "I have a limited time access to a database?" If you have access to a database then you can save the data using whatever database management tool you have.

    On the other hand if you're trying to save/archive an entire site via browser there are plenty of programs that will do that. If you're on a Mac Site Sucker works pretty well.

    You can save the site in Acrobat as a PDF. I've found this incredibly helpful archiving lives sites.
