  another transmission user, but i had problems creating torrents with it in the past, not sure if they've fixed that. to create torrents i used tomato torrent

  I was having trouble getting transmission around comcasts throttling of torrent downloads. So i tried Vuze, and things are peachy at the moment.

  • comcast stopped throttling in all areas afaik but vuze does connect aggressively which can be a plus– ismith

  uTorrent on the PC but I'm avoiding ever using 2.0 or above because of the built in throttling. I'm sticking to 1.8.5 unless they make it optional.

  Azureus is a pile of crap, cpu hog and a crappy UI
  XTorrent is crap too, its just Transmission with a shittier interface and a useless search thing.
  Tomato hasn't been updated for years last time I checked.
