Flash help

  Hi
  Need a quick fix on an Flash video player doing ASAP.
  We have player that suits the needs apart from the following, which I need sorted yesterday;
  1 - Is random whether it scales or stretches the clip – we need it scale proportionately to the width, then the height would be cropped.
  2 – We need to include buttons for changing the video clip (there will be 2 or 3 to switch between
  3 – We need it to show a jpeg of frame 1 when the video is first loading rather than the black area it now shows.
