Starts this Next Monday 25th January 2010, Usual format – How many Km/Miles in 30days.
Due to the new Nike+ Website I now have to invite you with an email address.

just to give you a quick low down.
A while back Nike teamed up with Apple to develop a gadget that spoke to an ipod Nano and tracked your running progress whne out on a run.. distance, speed, time, calories, etc... you can monitor all your past runs when you plug your nano into your computer and upload the data to the Nike+ website. On this website you can also challenge others, in this case, the challenge is to see how many Km's you can do in 30 days... long and short of it is that without the Nano to upload your data you can not monitor your self in the challenge... sorryApologies if you know all this already but incase you didn't
- Gah!! oh well. I'd heard of this nike + equipment .. but I didn't realise it was so essential - I'd go out an buy it, but I already have an mp3 playerlukus_W
- have an mp3 player .. buying another just to record my route seems a bit wasteful.lukus_W

I'm in. I've got to get my ass in gear at the gym. I gained nearly 10 lbs over Christmas and I'm slow getting back to the gym to burn it off.
