I have an ok grasp on how to use DIV and CSS. But I'm now entering a job where I will be doing more of programming working. I was wondering if someone could direct me to a place where I can learn everything I need to know. My concerns are the issues with cross browers compatibilities. I want to be comfortable enough to take any design and make it work.
If anyone can help me out, it would be much appreciated! Thanks!

Other than that start taking apart sites you like and see how they work. I find Web Developer and editCSS FF extensions invaluable tools for making and deconstructing sites.

I use to have a link for good javascript drop down, menus, forms, jquery stuff. Does anyone have a good link to a library of code?

just remember to clear floats, and dont use x-axis padding, margin and fixed widths together and you'll be fine.

if your good with the html css then you want to make sure you can code cross browser, its a biggie. otherwise if your wanting to move onto more JS side of things then picking up a library is the best bet.
If you go to jquery.com and start there... or google 30 days of jquery. thats how I started.
once you learn one you can poke about others. although if your pure Front end then you will find jQuery the easiest to pick up.

Does anyone have any video links, that explain css/div programming? As well as bugs and other such cross browser compatibles?

Use firefox and firebug – it's an invaluable too for figuring how your css is actually cascading into your objects.

Your best bet is just to have someone that’s fairly nifty when it comes to HTML and CSS. Then you can just give them a quick call whenever you're stuck on anything. Just practice coding various websites for multiple browsers will be your best way to learn (imo). Practice makes perfect, as with everything.

Don't expect to learn everything in one day dude. There's a lot to take in. Just take your time and always try to understand why things work the way they do.
One piece of advice I'd like to pass a long is: make containers with padding for everything you intend giving margins too. Just get in the habit now. Google ie's margin problem and you'll know why.
- does adding the "Display:inline" attribute fix this problem? Or does that create other potential problems?Josev

just don't call it programming in front of programmers, they'll get upset.
