  I think it makes sense. you can tell a lot more about someone in a vid that you can from a CV. I mean jeez, next thing you'll have all these ugly mofo's in your office asking for a job!

  no seriously though, by someone's accent, mannerisms and use of language you can tell about 40% of their personality. A CV tells you absolutely squat except for where they've worked.
