I have been having problems converting FLA and/Or SWF files to a movie file without losing layer assets (glows, etc). Is there a program or technique that I can use to convert to ANY movie file???

What about the audio? I thought about that

i have no suggestions but i'd bet there's one out there. or just grab the movie. crop it down in a video editor and combine the audio track? can be done in quicktime when you have both files.

snapzpro is good.. not sure if it records audio but I think that it does.

thanks guys! I'm actually publishing the swf into after effects. The audio doesn't seem to be coming with it, though. So I may have to rebuild it.

iShowU
http://www.versiontracker.com/dy…Will capture anything showing/sounding from your computer. You can set format, crop out a capture area before recording and output to a variety of formats.

what version of flash you using?.. export to quick time has been there since cs3 or you saying filters don't export?... in fact i just tested and worked fine.
file > export > export movie
selected quicktime pressed save... worked?

I've tried multiple times with files of various complexity and size, but every time I try to convert an fla to a mov I get artifacting.

what frame rate (fps) are you using, it might need to be 15fps
