this is a fun game.
the cars drive on the right, so continental europe or russia, not the uk or ireland. definitely not asia or north america by the red-roof architecture. a large city, because a downtown is visible in the distance, and there is still high-density housing that far out from it.we can probably rule out russia or any ex-ussr states, as those car shapes seem familiar - silver s-klasse mercedes in the foreground, a white five-door ford focus and a dark grey honda cr-v on the left, perhaps, so the cars aren't shitty enough to be ex-sov-bloc.
the downtown definitely has tall buildings, so not an ancient old city like prague or budapest, paris or zurich. it's flat, too, so not anywhere mountainous.
not berlin, because i can't see that Fernsehturm tower that should be downtown. not darmstadt for the same reason - no tower in the picture.
i'm taking a break for now, but that's what i have.

i would look up gas stations for various countries in europe - that green-roof gas station should be a good clue (looks like bp - might see in what european countries bp is present). if you are lucky, that red/white bus there is a city bus, and you can look that up for various cities, but it looks like a private bus and not a municipal one.

don's ask me why, but I think it might be this place....
I vaguely remember to opposite gas stations here in Bucharest

if that red and white bus is public transportation someone could check local metro bus designs

it's a nikon E3200, and the firmware is E3200v1.1, as stated by the picture's metadata.
Also 1/357sec at f5.6 and ISO 50, at a 6mm focal length, in Pattern metering mode.
