SoundMAX is your audio-card, if you select that as your source I'm assuming it should work.

Audacity: line in, record, trim, done

There is no 'waveout' option on this PC...
All I get is Microsoft Sound Mapper input and SoundMAX Digital Audio
I'm screwed, aren't I?!

Thanks guys... I'm going to try Audacity again, I'm obviously doing something wrong!
These Windows PCs here are pretty shitty, I wonder if it's a soundcard issue. I'll let you know.

I'm using Audio Hijack Pro for this regardless of the source (either mac or windows applications) but I'm running Windows 7 partition via Prallels.

I tried that! Didn't work... maybe I did something wrong, but I couldn't find the right input source...

I don't know much about Windows anymore, but I need to record a clip from a radio station.
I've just wasted an hour installing 3 apps which are supposed to let me do this – no luck. Nothing gets recorded.
Wiretap is awesome on Mac... surely there is a Windows alternative?
Btw, it needs to be Windows because I can't get the website to work on a Mac. Yes, I've installed the drivers etc...
