Feels a bit like ads for MTV. I applaud them for trying something different, but I can't say I really like it based on its artistic merits.

A pictogram works much better if it is symbolic more than a vector illustration. Some could pass, like the sprinting. But most have too many elements. They have become too complicated IMO. Plus I like smooth edges which this certainly doesn't have.
