Illy cs4 file from pc to mac issues

  Hi Guys,

  I saved a multi-canvas document for the client to open in their cs4 mac illustrator... but it doesnt work... any ideas.

  Make sure the client actually has CS4.

  does it have the file extension on the end?
  i don't know if this is still an issue. but it used to plague me in school.
