I'm looking for a 'low priced' stereo system in roughly the $200 - 250 dollar range. I read that a good sound has low THD and high OHMs.
Not being too picky this one from cnet reviews doesn't look too bad http://reviews.cnet.com/home-the… , but the THD and OHM fall into/under the "sub-par/not so good" level.
So... would 6 Ohms and THD 10 % really (quote) "sound unpleasant?" Just wanted to hear any experience

(It falls under the so-called unpleasant sounding level)

Just make sure you get something with wireless. I used to have t his model before upgrading. I thought it had great sound quality.

ohms is just the measure of resistance a speaker places on an amplifier, not really having anything to do with quality. higher ohms means it requires more power from the amplifier to drive them.
