  seeing this done a lot lately.

  has anyone come across a generator or perhaps an AI script that is creating these things?

  of course it wouldn't be that difficult to do with masks, lineweight tweaks and a little editing on the ends... but a script would be neato.

  I remember the fist time I got a copy of photoshop, about 97 I think, I'd sit for hours and just make opart in 2 colors, it was awesome to be to be able to offset the labor intensive stage of producing something, and be able to bosh out and explore ideas in no time... Copy paste, mirror, text, masks and wands - I loved making really simple bold marks.

  So I'd guess you need one plane of diagonals one way, another the other, then mask using a pixel font the width of the bars, descenders etc of which is an exact multiple of the width of the stripes, and bosh...
