I like it a lot better. I think the header is a big tall though. It would be cool to see the grass on the bottom without having to scroll down so far. Overall, you are showing some nice work lately.

the navigation is a bit plain, especially when you'll dive into the content and I assume it will be just a plain gray bar going across.

How come the font of the logo is not the same than the font used on the website (is that DIN ?) ?
The clouds in the background are obviously shopped and symmetrical and stretched.

theres alot of sky... then a header image of sky and grass... and then on the footer more grass.... i think you should simplify that -- my two cents

since when does the corporate font come from the logo?

I'm not a fan of the sky background or the grass - makes the whole thing look like an ad or a landing page. I'd scale back the blue and focus on the green. Maybe drop the server into a jungle instead of the cornfield background.

the overall design is solid, if not a little cold.
The juxtaposition as technology/green company I think is a little too literal - clouds and blue skies, grass and then circuitous overlay on the header image - and creates a rather forced 'green' message for me.
I think I understand what vsplus is saying about the logotype/corporate typeface not being consistent. Not that is HAS to be consistent, but they should at least harmonize. While I will advocate for DIN any day of the week I think in this case it tends to dominate the heirarchy with it's strong letterforms.
You're at a good point, I think you just need to address a few details and it'll sing.

That grass field down below looks too walloping, leftwave.
I don't think you need it to push the green idea.
Maybe some more geometrical safe-colour adornments would be closer to the purpose of the site.
In fact, an overall more geometrical site would be greener. Big colours, less images = less dl time.

looks kind of bland, not digging the bright green color with the sky blue either.
are you bored?

Sorry, leftwave - I'm not a fan. Feels like a generic stab by someone who's not familiarised themselves with the particulars of the client.

Not bad. The font size is a bit small... try bumping it up. Also, if you're intent on using the grass footer, stick it completely at the bottom and use a semi-opaque white rounded corner box overlay for the footer content. It looks a bit odd just cut off on the bottom.
