Training camp is under way in a couple of days.

Kind of scary but I think the Pens may actually be better this year, at least in terms of regular season points. And after a 3 or 4 season hiatus I finally get to see them again when they come to California!

Ottawa acquires Cheechoo, Michalek and a second-round draft pick in 2010 from San Jose for Heatley and a fifth-round pick in 2010.
Sounds OK. We always needed more than just the first line to produce goals (it's pretty much why the Sens didn't win the Stanley Cup against Anaheim), so we'll see how this works out with the existing players.
The team will be rebuilding now. I'm excited about Pascal Leclaire. It's the first time I have felt that way about a goalie in Ottawa.
