even for a 12 minute flash presentation

right now I am exporting as a .mov and then bringing that into idvd.
I am just wondering if there is another way

I usually have to create movies from dynamic or code animated flash, and exporting to .mov doesn't work well in this case. But if the generated mov is as it should be, you can stick with that I think

since cs3 movies, even with code, seem to work now. I think they took the old idea of how people used to create movies out of swfs in director. basically screenshoting every frame at a set framerate.
