  I'll rephrase.

  Can anyone recommend a 3rd party tool for setting up a simple rating system on a website? Maybe one you have used in the past, something that has made you smile with the ease at with which you implemented it.

  I understand that there are many out there, but which is the best, most useful and has a simple management backend?
