  Thats very Shitty Von. Its clearly a case for compensation so I wouldn't get angry, just invite them to suggest a fee based on what you would normally have charged + percentage of the gross or alternatively they can pull the design completely, destroy all artwork at the studio and the manufacturing unit, including all plates, screens, digital files, samples made, stock produced etc.

  They really aren't in a position to talk your demands down.

  I have on a number of occasions instructed fashion brands to pull all artwork and desist production immediately. It hurts them like fuck and they'd much rather pay you than stop factories.
